Views -

WellVill was strategically designed to buffer highway noise from living spaces. Construction of 40 optional-rental garages, plus extensive berming, fencing and landscaping, take the traffic of the highway almost totally out of play. This technique was used in our Greeley project and you can see and feel the difference there today (5775 W 29th Street adjacent Hiway 34).

Alley access between buildings to attached garages minimizes on-site traffic. Extraordinary attention has been paid to ample guest parking throughout the project. Intense landscaping and interior open spaces encourage use of walking paths, putting green, volleyball, horsehoes and other on-site activities.

The Open Space/Park features (see image at left) are being constructed in the first phase of the project. This extraordinary opportunity to work with the Town of Wellington has yielded an amenity unheard of for a 15 acre project. The 10 acre park, ponds, and water features, combined with 33% open space on-site yield over 15 total acres (60%) of open space for a 25 acre total project. The open space/park is owned by the Town, improved by Meadow Village LLC, and maintained by the Association under the terms of a historic development agreement (see Documents, Association Documents) for details.
