Association Dues are estimated at $120/month.

This includes:

  • Domestic Water and Sewer
  • Trash and Snow Removal
  • Exterior Improvements Maintenance (paint and roof)
  • Landscape Maintenance
  • Hazard Insurance for all Association Elements
  • Clubhouse Facility Maintenance
  • Park and Irrigation System Maintenance
  • Common Area Electric and Gas
  • On-Site Manager Costs

 

Not Included:

  • General Liability and Contents Insurance (Condo Policy)
  • Gas and electric for your home
  • Window, screen, and door maintenance
  • Interior improvements maintenance
  • Appliance Maintenance
